  Love renting from this company and I love that you can get points to get free rentals and upgrades. I rent for months so that’s great. I wish they would fix the extend you rental in the app. I was able to my first rental. Then once i renewed my contract it no longer let me. It’s an inconvenience to have to call the agency . Sometimes I’m on hold for 30 mins . They are busy with others. They shouldn’t be bothered by us to extend.
