By accessing or using AinScope ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

AinScope is an app-intelligence dashboard that surfaces public App Store and Google Play listing data (names, icons, categories, ratings, reviews, release dates, screenshots) alongside our own downloads, revenue, audience, and web-traffic figures.

These figures are estimates and statistical models, not official data from Apple, Google, or the app publishers.They are derived from public signals (store rankings, rating counts, installs ranges) and industry-average assumptions, and may differ significantly from an app's actual performance. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for financial, investment, or business decisions.

You sign in using Google OAuth. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account we reasonably believe is being used to abuse, overload, or circumvent restrictions on the Service.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-extract, or systematically download data from the Service beyond normal interactive use
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other access controls
• Use the Service to build a directly competing product without permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes on others' rights

App names, icons, screenshots, and reviews shown on the Service belong to their respective publishers and are sourced from publicly available Apple App Store and Google Play listings. "App Store" and "Google Play" are trademarks of Apple Inc. and Google LLC respectively. AinScope is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple or Google.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Estimated figures may contain errors and are updated periodically, not in real time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AinScope and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including decisions made based on figures shown on the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms.
