  The app is phenomenal for planning your day at the park. The character finder is great for knowing exactly when and where characters will be for autographs and pictures. Ordering food on the mobile app is fast and efficient and saves time, no need to wait in line.

  Stop asking

  I rated it a 5 and then everytime I open the app it asks me to rate again probably the 5th time now, maybe more. Yes, Todd, I hard closed the app to try to reset it. Rating a 4 because of this glitch and to see if this review will somehow make it stop asking for a rating. The app is pretty great though.

  Why can’t we fix payment issues in the app. Why does it take a full day to cancel a reservation when a payment was just made. It’s like you trying to screw people over. I paid yet can’t cancel my reservation. So then what a missed reservation. Horrible. Do better. Let us fix issues on line and let it be instant to work on account
