  BW Salt Chlorinator

  Automation schedule does not trigger salt chlorinator to trigger on even though I set up the schedule and unlocked everything. App is hard to navigate through and understand what it is talking about. AI asks questions, gives 2 responses and then says you are out of inquiries for the day to try and force you to purchase yearly subscription.

  Why do I have to click x on MULTIPLE ads now just to turn my lights on and off. I already sent you over a hundred dollars by buying your hardware, don’t make my experience more annoying trying to glean an extra 5 cents of ad revenue out of me.

  this app is horrible

  I have it use this app for many years because of the doorbell I have I unfortunately it is so difficult to use. It takes forever to load into the camera. It takes forever to pull up the camera. I literally had to force close the app multiple times just to be able to pull up the camera and sometimes that still doesn’t work. This app has been nothing but trashed the whole time and each other day. I think it gets worse. And then now they throw advertisement into the app the makes it lag even more!!
