  getting increasingly inaccurate and useless

  theyve made the map more difficult to navigate, showing gunshots in my areas from weeks & months ago and not showing ones from the past week. filtering notifications to only be from your city instead ofthe entire nation, is a premium feature. so you turn off notifications and forget this app exists. everything useful, and information that is available for free online, is now all behind a paywall. for example they also encourage app users to film everything, which blocks emergency vehicles from accessing the scene.

  Used to look at this all the time. The new map hovering/circling thing is disorienting, useless, and annoying. Now I think, “is this important enough for me to mess with this app?” Just show the map, it’s just an extra click to the get the info I need.
