  Uber Eats or the Uber company LLC will constantly make promotions to promote more orders that do not benefit drivers or Uber support as when drivers have a bad time. Obviously Uber Support has to take the heavyweight of the experience of the customer when that happens at Uber Support hat does not have the power or the ability to correct any action that or miss action that comes with the The inability to perform to expectation from Uber Eats customers, and ask such create a bad experience for not only the customer, but also the restaurant and the order E and the person who receives the order and it just creates more tension between everyone overall, which is the opposite of the mission statement of the Uber Eats company as such

  the whole “help” and customer support feature is ran through AI, once my food was literally stolen from me by the uber eats driver and the AI basically let him walk away scott free, another time my food was cold and i got the wrong drink (for the 5th time in a row) and the safety seal meant to protect your food from outside tampering was missing and when i complained the worker just said “we’ll leave a note to the restaurant” meanwhile i wasted my money. there were many times the AI never helped me and when i tried get in contact with a real person there was always a issue or i just get left on delivered and never recieve a message back. mind you i pay for uber one and im second guessing whether i should switch applications. recently a delivery guy literally ate half my food still dropped it off and photographed it you can see my half dranken drink but uber still didnt refund me or help me at all, they closed the conversations before it could get anywhere and ignored the photos i provided. Mind you all these times i am paying for Uber One
