  Updates don’t fix anything

  After the mayor update to add FaceTime like calls everything has gone down. FaceTime calls have never worked for us, I’ve called the customer service they say he needs to add me as a visitor on the jail list kiosk when my husband asks the jail they tell him it’s not true that their is not visitor list he needs to add me. Emessages keep getting lost he’ll receive my message and attached stamped yet I don’t get his reply even tho it’ll say I’ll have two emessages only one shows up I’ve lost 3 messages from him and 4 stamps from messages he never got with attached reply stamps. The app keeps doing this little “updates” every couple weeks that have not fixed anything.

  Only works if it decides it wants to work

  This app is so glitchy and its service chat does nothing to help when you have questions on how to navigate or fix an issue. One minute I’m messaging my significant other and the literal next minute the app glitches and I am unable to message them for the next couple of hours. App has no consistency.

  Something is not working

  I really don’t have good reviews about this. I have a stamp unable to use it. Also it’s not allowing the advanced connect. I’m still pending after two months. This app is not helpful. Actually it’s just money and time consuming not allowing me to use the app correctly

  I’d love to use this app but it won’t let me create an account everytime it either says there’s an error or it won’t let me press next and I’m really frustrated Im not sure what to do can someone please get back to me

  New Update Problems

  Only issue is the new update ruined the video feature making the volume really low, now I need headphones to hear the video call… Please correct this feature. I own 3 iPhones and 1 iPhone audio doesn’t even work anymore…

  Worse app ever

  Since we switched to secure it has been nothing but problems unable to talk to my love one do to service problems, video call don’t go thru have to delete my app and download it again every time I want to video call can’t hear my love one when he calls me off his tablet needs to get on line to use the pay phone. I rather deal with GTL GETTING OUT APP THEN Securus.
