  glitchy game/ zero support/ boilerplate ai slop response

  Since Pokémon Go was purchased by Scopely there has been no technical support assistance available. They give the same boilerplate response for every issue. Remote raid passes are broken, a variety of issues have happened & no refunds are ever given. There’s no person to talk to, no attention given to claims. The passes will never be refunded don’t bother asking or showing verifiable photographs of the errors. Do not waste your hard earned cash on this, I’m sorry to say but it is no longer a company you can trust. I was loyal for years but this brush off is inexcusable. There have been serious game errors. They ignore all comments. They won’t get any more of my money. Which makes the Poké trainer side of me sad. Long story short: remote raids are glitchy and fail at various stages of the battle. They know, they don’t care, they will never acknowledge communications, they won’t refund passes, but they will gladly take more money for more broken remote raid passes.

  Absolutely horrid battle system, one of the worst encountered. The whole thing is fully rigged to make sure your team gets countered EVERY SINGLE TIME. Probably favors users who dump their money into this stupid app. Only doofuses are apologists for the whole system. They know it’s all rigged as well. Niantic is trash.

  Niantic Please

  I like playing this game. It allows for me to get exercise and keep me on my feet waiting for the next new thing. But the same issues keep occurring where at the end of a raid, I or another get kicked off the app. Sometimes it’s a remote raid and we can’t access the gym from which we battled from. It then leaves us out on a missed encounter with Pokémon. Please fix this.

  Love the except one thing

  Remote raids. I’ve been playing this game for a long long time now and global fest 2026 is starting. Out of 10 remote raids that I did, I lost 3 of them souly because the game crashed and it won’t let me go back to that gym and re encounter it. It almost makes me want to not raid anymore which sucks. All the money I’ve spent on this game too, I’ve probably lost about 150 dollars worth of remote passes and failure to load the encounter. As in the game crashes. If the developers see this please try to fix this issue. I’ve lost so much money.

  So Fun!!!

  I’ve been playing this game for 4 or so years and let me tell you, it was worth it. There are no ads (yay who likes ads?) my entire family plays together and we send gifts and battle! Devs please respond to this. Can yall add where you can send your friends items like evolution items, fast/charged tm’s, and incense and stuff. Also it would AMAZING if you could add a chat to talk to your friends. (And I know peda stuff) so I thought like a chat where you choose what to say not like just type. For example you could send someone: nice catch! Or: see you at the go fest? Anyways I’ll stop yapping if devs see this please respond keep up the good work on the game

  After a raid I got to get the Pokemon that I beat and this game has done nothing but crashes on me all damn day fix this I have wasted 10 damn raid passes to sit here and win the battle but then this damn game crashes when I load it I can’t get my Pokemon that I won from the battle I’m sick of this this game crashing
