  Update causes crashes

  The latest update won’t start up on my iPad. It just opens to the Playrix window and crashes. After nearly 20,000 levels, this is very frustrating.

  Stealing money?

  I’m not spending any money on this game anymore. Pretty sure they are charging me WAY more than I’m authorizing. I do the .99 once or twice a day but my daily statements show it getting charge like 10 times a day.

  Cash grab

  The game was great, now not so much. Gameplay is fun but the developers have been updating the game increasingly making it pay to play. Boosts and bonuses have been stripped, the rewards costing more and giving less. You will be stalled often and will need to buy buffs to move forward. It is clear the game will continue down this path to encourage more spending to play. I don’t begrudge the developers to make money, but every update cuts back the rewards , even for paying players. Be warned.

  Here's the translation: --- "I've been playing for many, many years. Lately, the game has turned excitement into a dumpster fire. Rewards are meaningless, boosters have been cut, levels are impossible to pass. Without spending real money, there's nothing to do here!!! There's no point in participating in events—it's impossible to complete even two of them. You can be stuck on one level for a week. The lightning boost disappears right after the next level. And energy? You get 5, but spend 45???? Are you serious? This is the most useless, annoying game ever. If you value real excitement—walk on by, this game is just about milking money out of you."

  App stop working

  I love this game but now it stopped working I’m on level 7167 and it’s frozen. I tried to reach the game support but they want me to get the user id out of the setting in the game but again it’s frozen. I can’t open any icon on the game. So there it won’t help me without that information. It’s very frustrating as I have been playing this game for years and now I can. There has to be a better way to get app support
