  Lost credits

  Looked into flights and noticed my extra credits were gone and I had 5 that were given as a new account even though it showed I joined in 2019. I went back and forth with the help desk and got no resolution. Experience left me likely to not use again.

  Game changer for non-rev

  This is the greatest app for non-rev travel. It really allows you to dial in airlines, timetables, open seats, etc. we used it to travel to Australia and all over Australia. I love it and my go to for travel planning .

  What an amazing app! Before staff traveler you had to depend on whether the flight had a smiley face, no smile or sad face and most of the time they were wrong. Staff traveler has made travel on other airlines so much easier. I love this app!
