  The hatch is overpriced and the app is horrific to use. Connection issues and changing the settings takes forever to accomplish. Trash. Not worth the money

  Terrible Reliability

  With so many products and offerings I would hope a company would be able to figure out basic app development. When I need it most the app will not load and I will have to delete it and re download it. Restarting my phone or deleting the cached data does not fix it… very disappointing.

  Disappointed

  There needs to be a status screen for Hatch Baby that shows its current status. With sound playing, volume, light and light brightness. From this screen you should be able to adjust it.

  Doesn’t allow you to cancel subscription. Makes it extremely difficult & they dealt in responses. Also, have several issues with app crashing.

  Updating a playlist requires adding new effects to the playlist, simply changing the time won’t allow me to save the updated playlist

  Alarms are no longer going off. And the preview feature will not even work even tried resetting it multiple times to no avail absolutely ridiculous for something this expensive to not work when I have only had it for so many months.

  So so so slow

  I love my hatch devices and I love the features they offer but man this app is slow. It takes forever just to boot up, forever to connect, and when you’re trying to do things quickly with a baby that’s the last thing you want. It’s slow on multiple phones in our household so I know it’s not just a my phone problem. Please fix the app!

  Too slow

  For how much the hatch baby is it has too many issues. Half the time the sounds does not play even after I reset the app and unplug the device. Also when I go to open the app it takes way too long to load and open.
