  Frame is great but free features very limited

  We got the small version first and loved it. So we bought the 21 inch next. I have it hanging up high, which can be an issue because of the free versions limited function. I cannot delete from the app or rotate a video or image unless I get my step stool and manually do it on the screen. I understand completely you are a company and need to stay in business but some of the basics should be included. I’m not a subscription type person. So I just have to deal with it.
