  Terrible customer service.

  I had contacted them regarding issues I’ve been experiencing on the app due to not being able to do/join events my teammates have been doing, they didn’t seem to care what my issue was and I’ve had this game for over 5 years now. I’m considering deleting my account and using other apps that give everyone the same access/experience was everyone using the app unlike this one.

  The game is great, but…

  While the game itself is great—I love the levels and decorating everything, the game does not let you log on and just play. It gives me a pop up asking to enable notifications after every. Single. Level. It’s intrusive and annoying. I will never enable them for a game. Or, if I log on after being away for a while, I’m met with 3-5 cutscenes for events that I have to skip; sometimes there are even forced tutorials for events that I cannot skip, instead I have to close the game out and open it up again to get around it. I just want to match symbols and play levels guys. Quit forcing all of this optional stuff onto me.

  Meh

  I used to love this game and played daily for years. Recent updates have just made the game not fun anymore. It used to be a great game because winning levels felt challenging but not impossible. Recent changes have made it so that winning is so much more difficult, it’s not worth your time. Sadly, after 15,000 levels, I think our relationship is over.

  Robbie’s Farm has a glitch

  I like this game but I am trying to use lightning in Robbie’s Farm part of the game and I am stuck. I have plenty of lightning, but I am unable to go anywhere. Is anyone else having this same problem?

  They want your Money - it was a Fun way to Waste Time - but Now - the Game has gone to H E L L in a hand basket - it’s full of Cheater Bots and support won’t do anything about it -

  Used to be fun, not so much now.

  Due to lazy programming many features that made the game fun to play were taken away on my Kindle. These features were not taken away on Gardenscapes which is basically the same game. Lazy programming! Don’t bother if you have a Kindle!!!!!

  Six months since review below. Either AI is maximizing their cash, every week you get fewer and fewer rewards. They are driving me away, regrettably I thoroughly enjoyed this game for two years. Then something changed, they started taking away advantages and increasing difficulty and levels. The only way you can advance is to pay for the privilege.STAY AWAY FROM
