Excellent app, amazing customer support
Somehow, I ended up with two separate accounts—one of which hasn’t been used since September 2022. CS managed to merge my two accounts, so now I have data going back more than 4 years. To the app itself, it’s an amazing tool to have in your weight training arsenal. You control everything: sets, plates weights, bar weights, plate machine starting weights, intervals between sets… this thing does everything for you but rinse off the dishes of your *obviously* protein-dense post-workout meal. :) Get it. Use it. Love it.

Bug filled mess
Still can't swipe to repeat without returning to the exercise list, still can't change the date on multiple sets , now I get random "streak" popups that make no sense -- I was at 47 days yesterday and now at 33 today. you would have to be insane to pay for this app

Good app
Been using it as a tracker for a couple years. I appreciate that it’s straight forward and simple. I use it like a notebook and it lets me name my own stuff without all the added nonsense. Works great for somebody experienced in the gym. Pretty sure it has recommendations and whatever other bs but that’s not what I want out of an app honestly I just want to track what I’m doing easily and change things on the fly and it does that perfectly.

Latest update breaks app
I can no longer use this app. The streak froze it so I broke my streak and it won’t let me enter any data. I’ve been using this app for years so this is disappointing

usage
is app is perfect when it comes to tracking what you want to track in gym. only thing I wish that could be better is allowing user that don’t have apple intelligence on their phone to be able to use an AI model to do the same work so everyone is able to use the track rest period for each muscle group.
