Links are broken. Files aren’t available
I’ve been a subscriber for years, and recently started having issues. Now the links to the downloads are saying “Access Denied.” Even if it is an older program, I’m still paying for access. Specifically the 6:40 program. The link to download the journal takes me to another calendar, and that link doesn’t work either. In fact, I tried downloading several different ones, several times. Many of them give “Access Denied” messages.

Repetitive

Happily Back to TIU
I’ve been doing the Mermaid workout from TIU for a long time and finally decided to go forward with more. What I love is that the workouts are for anyone. They always show modifications, take time to breathe, and even admit when they are exhausted. It’s helps keep things human and approachable. It’s really fun. I’m thankful to be starting off the year with something new!

Recurrent CC charges despite cancellation years ago
Canceled subscription over a year ago and continue to be charged on my credit card, this is how the second time this has happened since originally canceling. App and apple account both say that there is no subscription but I continue to be charged/ App and website do not allow for me to delete my account as an error message pops up. There is also no way to delete credit card information to stop these charges. I’m getting tired of having to report fraudulent charges on my card.

No response from customer service
I’ve written Tone it Up 3 times with no response. The app is glitching and won’t allow photo uploads to the calendar anymore. When I contact TIU they never respond. Is the customer not important??

Security Concerns
Beware subscribing. Once they have your card on file, there is no option to delete it, only to swap it with a new one. Having to jump through hoops with their customer service.

Used to be good
I loved tone it up and used the app during the pandemic. It helped me get back into shape and loved the meditations. I decided to re download the app and give it another try a few months ago. The TIU website offers different subscription deals than the play store does, so went with the cheaper quarterly deal. Warning - If you do a subscription through the website it does NOT work. I wasn’t able to access the app and didn’t receive a charge on my card for weeks. I thought it must’ve not went through so did a subscription through the play store. Ended up getting double billed and their customer service does NOT respond at all! I sent multiple emails and had multiple tickets open with their help desk and nada. I had to do a dispute with my bank to get the quarterly charge removed. And now I’ve been charged again when I don’t have an active subscription! The workouts used to be good but not sure anymore since I couldn’t access anything.

Love everything but I wish the videos were longer
I started using TIU when I was pregnant and I definitely recommend this app for women wanting a workout geared for them during pregnancy. I’ve been using the app for 3 years and love the workouts, but I wish they were longer. I understand having a few 10-20 minute quickie workout options but it’s starting to be the majority. I either have to go deep in the archives to find a 30-40 minute workout or do multiple videos which is annoying bc you have to then do multiple warmups and cool downs. It throws off your workout.

Was great until now
I’m going into my third year on the app and I loved it until a few weeks ago when suddenly the app said to renew my subscription and had no access to workouts. I checked the website and my account is paid up until February 2025. I put in three ticket requests. Not really any help, just said if it’s through an App Store you have to deal with it there. It’s not. Then put a message through instagram and got a response asking for my email and nothing since. If it doesn’t get fixed soon I’m canceling and going over to Katrina’s app in January.

Way more cons than pros
Used to be a TIU fan and after trying other fit apps outs thought I would give it a try again and I shouldn’t have purchased the year subscription. Felt like a waste of money. - CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT RESPOND BACK - Too glitchy / so many bugs need to be fixed: from updating favorites not working at times to editing workouts on the calendar working half the time - Not iOS friendly - The newer program workouts are so out of sync with the timer being displayed
