  Billing issues

  I have called and spoken to someone regarding this issue and was only told it’s to prevent me from losing my benefits. Billing keeps trying to take payment for my subscription that is due July 22. They’ve been trying since May. Now I went online and it specifically says Norton will not bill you any sooner than your billing date! Then why is Norton continuing to try to get payment when it’s not even due yet and going against what their web site says? This is very frustrating and I have locked my card due to this. If they were to get payment that early I am not getting my full years worth of benefits. Feels a bit deceptive in my opinion. Bill me on July 22 when my billing date is set! They have also changed my name on my billing and within my account. On the app they have the wrong name( I use the same login so it should not be different) In My account it is correct but in my emails from them it is incorrect. What is going on Norton.

  Slow to respond, many sites reject my phone

  Many times I need to disconnect from VPN or reconnect in VPN to get a site to work. When trying to navigate the Norton app it does not respond immediately and requires several taps to navigate to another option. Probably will not renew.

  Too many incompatiblities

  I shouldn’t have to constantly fight the VPN when an app won’t work as expected. Even when I turn off the VPN off, with settings set as to not restart, it finds a way to get in the way or restart itself. Turned it off completely at this point. Question: Do the developers of this product actually use their own tool?
