Very pricey
I could of gave this app a zero if I could. Ever exercise you might want needs PREMIUM. I used this same app like in 2021-2023 and the premium exercises were understandable. Now almost EVERY exercise needs premium. I don’t recommend if you are not ready to use your money for exercises when you can just go to YouTube.
