Best Free Ab App!
This is my fav workout app because it’s 7-8 mins a workout, no need for any equipment, it can be done anywhere, and I love the way it demonstrates the moves with an animated character right along with you counting the reps and telling you how to make the move harder or easier. It also tracks your history so you can look back at your progress week to week or month to month. Another bonus: the workouts get more intense over time as you progress through the month. I have been using this app to work on my abs after 4 c-sections and 5 pregnancies. It’s basically been self imposed physical therapy and I need it!

i really enjoy this app, but not sure it’s entirely accurately
this app helps you create workouts that are completely your own and easy to follow. however, i was also told that 6 minutes of stretching burned 79 calories, and i just don’t think that’s true. i like this app for getting active, but definitely not for careful calorie tracking

Love the workouts, but wish I could change one thing…
I have used this app on and off scone I was in highschool, and I still love it. It provides great workouts that are easy to follow and show fast results. I would give it 5 out of 5 stars easy, but there is one thing that I find very annoying with these workouts and there is nothing in the settings to allow me to change it. Each workout has a time bar at the bottom, typically about a minute or more for the workouts. Let’s say, for example, that I need to do 20 mountain climbers, it takes me about 20-30 seconds to do that. But then I have to sit and wait for the time bar to finish before I can move onto the next workout. It’s really annoying. If there was a way I could change the set time on the workouts or a skip button to move onto the next exercise faster that would fix the problem easily. But I have not found a way to do that yet. If they could fix this one issue, I’ll come back and change my rating to 5 stars!
