  Left ear defaults to local mode

  I’ve never wanted to use the local mode setting. However, in the middle of the night when I switch the right headphone for the left one, it always defaults to local mode, and need to be manually configured to Bluetooth mode.

  Still Won’t let me update the firmware starts to update then says reconnect headphones they are connected still wont update just keeps telling me to update but I can’t fix this

  Can't shutoff "AI assistant"

  This apps appears to be designed to offer the minimal amount of useful features, while attempting to extract as much personal data out of your phone as possible. It got worse with Soundcore's pseudo "AI assistant" that requires unfedered access to your microphone, but at least soundcore is good enough to tell you that they'll be selling off your personalized information to the highest bidder. Their hardware is fine, but this app has convinced me never to buy another Soundcore product again.

  App is now trash, headphones still great

  Ever since their last update it is neigh impossible for the app to connect to the headphones. The headphones connect to my phone just fine, and work as they used to, however any features that were controlled in-app are now inaccessible. This all changed with the last update (which added in some ai functions, which I don’t need nor use) and following advice from customer service did nothing to solve the issue. Any way I can get the old version back? Please?

  Excellent earbuds

  I love these earbuds, and I bought a pair for my husband and my best friend, so now the whole house has them. We love the transparent/noice cancellation function, and the batteries last a long time between charges. These are well worth the investment. Highly recommend. Some suggestions for the creators: A.) We would love a Soundcore widget showing battery % of both earbuds + case on the Home Screen, as well as the ability to change sound modes there. (I switch back and forth between modes regularly depending on background noise and having to unlock my phone and navigate through menus just to load the “connection” each time is cumbersome and time consuming. B.). On the hardware side: the cases are quite small and easy to misplace, so having a “locate case” function in the app with a built in AirTag (for location on our GPS) and/ or a small speaker for a repeating tone (to help us figure out which couch cushion to look under.😉😁) would be IMMENSELY helpful.

  I use the “Soundcore select 4 go” speaker and the Soundcore app for audiobooks

  I really appreciate the ability to create several different types of Equalizer settings for some of my audiobooks. It’s also very helpful to name each equalizer setting using the narrator’s name or initials. I highly recommend using the Soundcore app with “Soundcore select 4 go” speakers if you listen to podcasts or audiobooks. Thanks
