App Closing Automatically
After the recent update, I think the developers added bugs instead of removing them. I can’t access my plans, I was frustrated and stranded at the gym today. Please fix ASAP.

Love this app, easy to use, would’ve rated it 5 stars if…
This is the first app I used when I first got into weightlifting/bodybuilding, before I took a break, and started working out from home. I’m still using it now, and if I need to know what workout I need to do, or If I’m stuck on a workout (especially now because I’m working out from home) it’s a very helpful app, because it shows you the muscle groups that you should be doing on your workout. I downloaded this app 2020 when I started lifting weights, and I’m typing this 11/10/2025, (5 year difference.) One major flaw that I noticed (that also still remain in this app) is that they haven’t improved the UI, we are also advancing in technology, which means we are starting to implement AI in pretty much everything, and yet they haven’t done that. I’m using the free version, so I’m not complaining about ads, I also don’t mind waiting a few seconds in between sets to skip an ad to support this app, if they want us to pay for the ad-free version and want our support for downloading the app, I totally understand that, and we appreciate the developers, but if they can please work on this app more, that’d be a lot better, otherwise, I would’ve left 5 stars. That would be the end of my review.

This app is about working out not get you stuck in a membership that is useless- its soo cheap to remove adds and they are not annoying in the first place the come in between workouts not within the workout- I removed the adds after i liked the app most app will make you pay first and they still show adds

The exercise routines helped improve my routines. The routines improved my endurance and added new exercises to my regular workouts. However the daily tips would be great but the entire text is truncated so the information is unavailable.
