  User Beware!

  This App drains the device’s battery in the background. My iOS Battery shows the App used 38% in one 24hr period. This occurred even though ALL App features are toggle off. In addition, I never removed/activated my Bose QC Ultra Ear Buds or my Bose QC Ultra Headphones during this time period just to see if there was still a significant ‘background’ battery usage. There was so I deleted the App. Very disappointing in the software development and its performance.

  These are so great help block out noise and the I really comfortable if someone’s thinking of buying the Bose headphones definitely buy them. They’re the world’s best headphones I’ve ever had. I’m buying 100 more.

  Multi point connect to use many speakers at once doesn’t work even after contacting customer service whom can’t speak English properly. Can give instructions understandably. Stupid!!! Waste of money. $800👎🏿

  login

  Bose app says login. I do that then the app says successful and a message then says press ‘cancel’ or swipe down to continue. then an error says login failed, try again later then it goes back to prompt for a login again and the cycle continues. What is supposed to happen?

  Poor EQ Settings

  Please implement a 7 band EQ for the Soundlink Flex Gen 2 and other speakers. Great speaker but please give additional control. I understand post processing is applied to obviate the need for EQ but we should still have this feature. It would also be nice to have a dialogue clarity setting for podcasts and voice calls.
