    It just works!!

    Give this a try. If you stick to the plan it FOR SURE helps! We’ve been on a 6 week adventure trip across 8 time zones with 4 to 13 hour time shifts and it’s really helped up maximize our daytime hours in each location!

    Works like magic

    Last year I went on a trip that was an 8 hour delay. The jet lag made me incredibly sick and basically ruined most of my vacation. I told my friend about my experience with jet lag and they recommended this app to me and it actually worked. I used the app 3 days before my trip, followed the schedule to a T, felt silly wearing sunglasses indoors, but it was worth it. When I landed, I was able to adjust almost seamlessly. I will definitely be using this app every time.

    Jet lag

    Hi all ! I’m from the Dominican Republic and I used the app to take a trip to Singapore and HK since it wasn’t a vacación and I had to work I used the app and follow all the instructions! And it worked perfect ! I will recommend it if you are a frequent flyer where you will be more than 5 hours difference from your regular clock

    Minimize Jet Lag

    I have used Timeshifter twice now traveling to Asia and to Europe. I found it to be very helpful in minimizing jet lag. Easy to use, notifications remind you when to sleep, avoid or be in sunlight, use caffeine or melatonin. Both trips enabled me to adjust to the time zones (-10 /+10)

    Such a great app

    A friend who travels internationally for work all of the time recommended Timeshifter before our Europe trip and said he never travels without it. I was excited to try it out if it could even slightly help with jet lag. What stood out to me was the apps emphasis around circadian rhythm and not just giving sleep schedule or travel tips. Working in clinical research, the importance of circadian timing really does matter, so seeing that this app leans into that really made me trust the process. My boyfriend and I both followed the apps plan almost exactly, and it helped sooo much. We felt good from the first day and did not experience any jet lag. Highly recommend this app and will be using whenever traveling across time zones moving forward!

    Needs dark mode

    This really needs to support dark mode. So much of what this app is resolves around sleep and light exposure, but it’s horrible to look at the app in the dark.

    Excellent tool

    This is such a practical and useful tool to help avoid jet lag and maximize holiday and travel time and recovery. I tried it for a trip to the UK and, unlike those I traveled with, I had minimal issues with “time travel”.

    Frequent flyer- this changed the game!

    I fly overseas constantly to visit family and can confidently say this app is a GAME CHANGER, while it can be hard to stick to some of the schedule (late night drinks or early coffee dates not accounted for in the itinerary lol) it definitely lays out some serious ground work. It’s so easy to use (plug in your flight number and it does the rest!) I always thought I’d just figure it out along my travels but with this app that just one less thing I have to think about on my trips. This is the first time in a long time I really wasn’t jet lagged on a trip (a short one mind you, I didn’t have time for jet lag lol) definitely willing to pay for the next trip!

    Arizona to Turkey and back

    I had used this app years ago when I traveled to the UK for the first time and I’m so glad I re-downloaded it for my recent trip to Turkey! I appreciate the reminders as I traveled and it really helped get my body on track with the local time. The first day in Turkey was a little rough but I had a quick midday nap and was good to go after that. On my return trip to the US, I had zero issues with jet lag and was able to jump back into my regular schedule the next day. I’m thankful for this app and recommend it for any travelers!
