  Pointless

  Not sure what the point was. During registration it forces you to go to the state issuing the card and fill in the information. I could have cut the middleman and went to the website on my own. Pointless.

  This app has bugs

  For instance, when you’re setting up your account and you have to choose three security questions once you choose your last one you get a message at the top of the page which prevents you from scrolling down and actually putting your questions in. You can’t not press the button because there is a badge on the bottom that asks about location authorization, and there’s a badge on the top. Instructional badge that doesn’t need to be there. This app is four years old the developer should have taken care of this already this is actually ridiculous

  This app is a logistical nightmare. The interface doesn’t make sense at all. Sometimes the cancel button is on the right and the submit button on the left and other times opposite. The security questions are a joke, and it wouldn’t even let me set them up. I literally could not press the submit button.

  Password Reset

  I’ve been trying to reset my password for 4 days only to “get error, something went wrong please try again.” I’ve unlocked my user ID several times and still unable to log in. The propel app was better but no longer valid in my state.

  Challenge Question Screen Problem

  The submit button on the app is below the fold and after you enter in all the answers, you can’t access the button to submit. Only way to do it is to go to a web browser to finish setting up.

  App issues

  The app all of a sudden wouldn’t allow me to use my face recognition, and I do not remember my password to manually login . I’m being sent emails to recover but it still won’t let me . I’ve tried calling the support line the automated system does not have an option to speak to someone. So I’m unable to even use my card because I locked it prior to the app not allowing me to use my face to unlock all of a sudden .

  Can’t move foreward

  I’d love to use this for my state, I can’t get past the security questions, the app doesn’t scroll down far enough to allow me to click the submit button and move to the next step and if you hold the scroll it won’t click either. Makes the whole app useless. I’d give it no stars if I could.
