Awesome app whether you’re young or old.

    Love this app!

I’ve been using this app for years. It’s great if you want to make login repeat your own workout… It’s also perfect. If you get stuck somewhere as it has many great recommendations.

    Fantastic app

I've been using it for years. Got lifetime access a few years ago for about 10 bucks. I think it's up a bit now, but it's vastly superior to paying 10 bucks a month for a subscription like most of the apps out there.

    Best workout tracking app

This app is super useful. Helps me keep track of progress, previous sessions, maxes, reps, notes by exercise and by session. Lots of workout plans to look at, but also can make my own custom plans. Good for me cause I like to mix in different exercises to improve my surfing and general athleticism. Not to mention the ability to record a workout on the go, for days when the gym is busy and I can’t stick to my prepared plans without waiting 20 minutes for the power cage to open up or something . The in workout timer and reminder is also super useful to keep me focused on days when I’m feeling spacey and unfocused. Definitely try it out. The free version allows enough access to really get an idea of the app. Highly recommend — Re-reviewing several years later It’s been a few years since my last review and I am still constantly using this app. The ability to add notes to exercises (i.e. put safety spotters in 3rd hole on power rack), as well as notes within the sets themselves (I.e. failed at 4 reps) has been huge for me to keep track of my progress and keep myself healthy and improving. In the various stages of my fitness journey I’ve used this app, and it has worked well every step of the way!

    Great app.

I've used both this app and the Android version for years. It's just a great app with a nice interface and all the features you could ever want. The option to purchase a lifetime membership is awesome. I highly recommend it.

    Love this app

I’ve been using this app for years and love it. Why I love it, I am able to create my own workout routines plus add/create exercises that are not in the database. That being said, I workout in my garage, so my equipment is limited. I wish there were more variety of exercises available i.e. landmine oriented, etc., but I usually end up creating my own. I haven’t used the Coach feature so can’t comment on that. The plans in the app are good Ive tried a few, but a few others were too long for me (too many exercises). I tried other fitness apps in the past but to me they don’t compare.
