No real value
The basic function of this app is to let you know when it’s too late. They do nothing to help you while it’s happening, they do not help restore anything after it happens, and they do nothing to prevent it from happening. They send you an email to let you know you’re screwed.

I think it's horrible that you stopped users of iPhone 8 from accessing your app. I should not have to buy another phone just to be able to use your product.

Horrible Login
This app is horrible when it comes to trying to login. Every time I try to login it won’t take my password then I have to reset it and then it tells me I’ve had too many login attempts if it can even find me the first time. You don’t have any problem finding me when you want to alert me in the app 20 times a day or send me 20 emails a day. Fix the login.

Broken links
I keep getting tons of bad links when clicking for certain things. Support is terrible. You wait forever then if you take 5 seconds to respond they disconnect chat. I signed up today and cancelled today. Terrible to use.

I wish there was some tutorial videos to understand more of what you have and what you don’t. Are there things Lifelock offers I’m not getting currently and are there tutorial videos on how to use what I do have.
