Subscriptions In-app, you can subscribe to our premium version of the StrengthLog App, in the form of automatically renewable subscriptions. • Choose between 1 month, 3 months, and 12 months. • Your subscription will be charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase and will be renewed automatically if the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • An active subscription cannot be canceled before the active subscription period has ended. I share this thing with everybody who works out in my presence, I love this thing. Everything I was looking for in a training app and the extras aren’t insane on your pockets either. This app has definitely made it easier for me to track progress and have been hitting prs like crazy, or just letting me see what I was previously capable of. It make it easy to do you workouts. It’s add all of the weight and show your volume. It gives you fun goals to accomplish and it says if your weight isn’t right on your bar. If you need a free Workout Tracker use this.

This has helped me make progress. Videos are helpful for learning new exercises safely. Good variety of suggested programs. Clearly by and for lifters; I wish they would pick some low hanging fruit to better support running or swimming interval workouts.
