  Great potential, but so frustrating

  I own 2 of the frames, one for home and 1 for work. There are some great features- like I love that I can get a calendar invite through email and click it and it syncs across devices automatically. With that being said, I am extremely frustrated with difficulties editing and deleting events from the calendar. This seems to be an issue with syncing with my Apple calendar, but the skylight team does not have a good fix for it, so I have spent extensive amounts of time manually copying events to a duplicate profile so it reflects correct event info, since I can’t edit/delete incorrect info. Recently I had to reset my AppleID password, and when I re synced my calendars I got the events back on the skylight app, but they are no longer sorted by profiles/color, and are once again no longer editable. I am on the waitlist for the new skylight buddy, but don’t know if I will continue to invest in these products when the app has caused me so much frustration. If the app ran smoothly and as expected I would give this product 5 stars…there’s good potential here.

  Your Brain On The Kitchen Counter!

  This Skylight device is a true 10/10 for anyone who enjoys color-coded task lists and easy to find recipes to select the upcoming week’s worth of meals in a snap. Additionally, a total wow, is the ability to connect to Alexa so users can simply say, “Alexa, tell Skylight to add angel hair pasta to my shopping list” and it is done. Skylight’s amazing AI capabilities make it easy to simply take photos of recipes from books, magazines, and even grandma’s handwritten cards, to have your wonderful menu choices correctly transferred to the recipe section. Skylight has too many features to list. Skip the new kitchen gadget and buy the Skylight device. You won't be sorry.

  This app is horrible

  I have been trying to log in to MY ACCOUNT MIND YOU, for over an hour and every time I think I’m getting close to finally being able to see MY ACCOUNT that I’ve HAD for a YEAR the website crashes and it brings me back to the App Store EVERY SINGLE TIME. This app is so hard to log back in to after it kicked me out for no reason. It’s always kicking me out and logging me out and saying everything is crashing ALL. THE. TIME. I really hope you can fix these problems (yes MULTIPLE issues) because I’ve already tried to contact “The Team” but the website crashed as per usual. Please fix this asap, thanks.

  Grocery List Problem

  Grocery list has been glitching for weeks. Keeps re-adding items that I’ve checked off and deleting other items that I’ve added. The grocery list is one of the main reasons we got skylight and now it’s completely unusable.
