    DESERVES ZERO STARS

Long story short in May I randomly received an email stating my account was deactivated due to an identity issue. I have talked to several agents and supervisors. All of which have been very unhelpful, rude, and condescending. I got the runaround for months just to be told I would not be getting my account back. I plan to sue due for and hostile work environment discrimination. I also plane to report and file a formal complaint with all appropriate government agencies. Beware of this predatory company who doesn’t even care enough to resolve any issues, even if they are the cause of said issue. They probably believe I will just let it go and go away but I will not. They caused me to lose revenue, made me have panic and anxiety frequently, and completely destroyed my mental health. The non American dasher support agents are worthless as they do not assist with anything. The lack of customer service lets me know they are operating this business as if it’s the Wild West and there are no laws to govern them or hold them accountable. Contact workers still have rights and can definitely arbitrate when those rights are violated, per Federal laws and even the companies contract as well. I advise anyone who has had or currently dealing with issues with them and they feel as if the contract is being violated to sue. Change only happens when corporations pockets take a hit. At this point the need to be sued so badly they never exist again‼️ I was taught not to bite the hand that feeds me and we the people keep the upper management and entry level employees with a job and they should never forget that.

No offer , $2 base pay

Little to no offer base pay is not even worth a gallon of gas plus support is hard access life threatening situation and they will have a 30 second non skipable prompt

    Button fix

Fix the button to “confirm to unassign” after which the app gives the option to do so wjthiut affecting the rate. That button doesn’t work.

    Wow!-3🤨

A few days ago, I witnessed an extremely disgraceful and outrageous way that DoorDash treated one of its delivery drivers. A customer submitted a complaint accusing the driver of allegedly being drunk and behaving in a dangerous and inappropriate manner. I know this driver very well. He is a true Christian, has been working for DoorDash for a very long time, has completed more than 25000 deliveries, deeply values his reputation, and maintains an exceptionally high rating. This is nothing less than blatant and filthy slander against him. However, instead of investigating what had actually happened, DoorDash simply sent him a similar accusatory letter threatening to deactivate his account. This is absolutely outrageous! Is DoorDash really willing to go so far as to shamelessly cater to a customer?🤔🫩🤦

    2 years down the drain

My name is Jamie. I delivered for DoorDash for over 2 years. I was a top dasher with a 5 star rating and over 2,800 delivers under my belt. Then, out of nowhere, I was deactivated after they did a yearly background check. They deactivated me for information which was incorrect on the report. I tried to let them know it was incorrect by contacting both Door Dash and the background check company, but only got bounced back and forth between them over and over. NONE of them would even speak to me about it, they would only tell me to contact the other company. I cannot even write a review on my own account for them, so I am writing it on my boyfriends. I will never recommend them to anyone I know as a good place to deliver for, nor will I ever use their services. They deactivated a loyal driver who praised them daily prior to being deactivated. Never again would I entertain delivering for them now or in the future. I don’t recommend anyone sign-up to dash for them, it’s not worth it. Go for Grub Hub or try Instacart instead. They pay better than DoorDash and they actually listen to their drivers!
