Non existing customer service
I purchased the app on the Apple App Store. I was not able to log in on the web. I emailed them several times to try to log in so I could actually use the app. No one ever got back to me. For months. Or ever. Yet I was charged monthly even after I wrote their support to cancel the subscription.

Needs Additional Features
Ive struggled with sleep my whole life and am diagnosed with Narcolepsy with Cataplexy. I decided to get this app because I am about to start going to school in the mornings while still working nights, and wanted some guided help to get me moving in the mornings. Unfortunately, I haven’t found any support or info on the app for folks like me struggling with Narcolepsy. The only disorders support/info is offered for are insomnia and adhd. Because of the lack of resources and informed care for what Im struggling with, I don’t feel the app can accurately and holistically help me.
