  Glitchy since they started charging more

  This is a useful app, and good at what it does, but since the price was increased 10x it has been glitchy and unreliable. Very disappointed with this app and can’t believe that it costs as much as it does. If you can find a different app to use, do it, I can’t suggest this one due to reliability issues.

  This app trial offer is a scam

  I downloaded the app and received an offer to sign up for a 7 day free trial before deciding if I wanted to subscribe. However, once I hit the purchase button, I was charged for the full membership cost and not the free 7 day trial. I requested a refund through the Apple Store but they seem to think I’m not eligible for a refund even though — 1. I didn’t use the app and 2. It seems fribilous of this app to think that I should be stuck with their $35 dollar per month charge even though I am not using their product. There are better products out there that offer more bank for the buck and do not act like scammers. Do not trust this app!!

  IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL!!!

  I’ve tried to cancel multiple times and when I try to click cancel subscription in the app it takes me to their website and it’s an ongoing loop.
