  Falta de autonomía para miembros President's Circle en upgrade

  Como miembro de President's Circle, la experiencia en aeropuertos como el de La Guardia (LGA) y el JFK sigue siendo deficiente debido a la falta de autonomía. Actualmente, siempre es necesario pasar por el mostrador para gestionar cualquier cambio de vehículo, lo cual es frustrante ya que sistemáticamente se reservan los vehículos de alta gama exclusivamente para 'upgrades' con costo adicional, dejando a los socios del programa con autos básicos. Debería existir una funcionalidad dentro de la aplicación que permita a los miembros de President's Circle realizar su propio upgrade de manera transparente y digital, sin tener que negociar en el mostrador. La falta de esta opción y la disparidad en la asignación de flotas quita todo el valor al estatus de lealtad. Es necesario que la app permita gestionar el inventario disponible y aplicar los beneficios de manera directa para evitar la fricción operativa y la falta de transparencia en los cobros de mostrador

  Credentials EVERY TIME?

  Why do I need to completely log in over and over and over and over again when I close the app? Why do I need my membership number to reset my password if you have my email address which has not changed in 25 years? Ridiculous. Maybe I need to switch to Enterprise…

  Forced Updates

  I was on the move, and data wasn’t working well. App loaded, worked, then gave an update pop-up. Once updated it logged me out. Horrible experience from a simple programming side. Banks let you skip app updates, and can keep you logged in on updates, so a rental car app should be able to figure it out.

  Clunky Old School App

  It’s hard to imagine that Hertz has fallen so far behind. It’s competitors regarding the user interface of their application. It’s as clunky as it’s ever been for the past decade.

  Still can’t sort by price in the app. Have to endlessly scroll and hope you see the cheaper rates, since the app wants you to rent more expensive cars first. Also discounts/specials are uselessly limited. Prepaid only, no aaa specials to look through. All of which is available on the full website.

  This app is slightly more useless than the Hertz Corporate customer service reps. Don’t bother with Hertz if you actually want to have a car for your vacation!

  Missing and unable to locate active rental

  The app at minimum stores my license and frequent flyer info, but it lost my current rental and can’t locate it. I wasted time updating the app, searching email for the rental reservation info. Basically the app is a waste of time.
