Not as advertised
I downloaded the app in response to an advertisement which indicated that the app would provide a simple and personalized plan. I went through the whole questionnaire to personalize the plan, and the result was nothing personal at all. The app has lots of different videos that teach lots of different exercises. That is not simple and it is not personal. The ad seemed quite clearly to indicate that it would provide something straightforward and easily actionable that was tailored to my personal needs. The exercises it offers may be very good, I don’t know, but there is no guidance as to which ones to do, no indication that any of them are tailored to my situation, and they would take significant time to review, select, and learn. Rather than being simple and actionable, as the advert suggested, this would require a significant investment of time to explore, learn, and develop a program for myself.

Don’t believe the hype
I subscribed because I am already an avid walker and all I wanted to do was try Tai Chi program. And add it to my routine. I used it twice, then life got busy. When I can back two weeks later, it showed I was already halfway through the program with no option to go back where I left off. I contacted customer service through the chat twice both times I was told they were going to email me the following day. It has been over four days and I still haven’t received an email. I pause my subscription and request requested a refund and now they’re claiming they can’t locate my account. Based on my experience, the customer service has been very disappointing and I would not recommend anyone purchase this program.
