  Can’t connect

  I can’t connect to the app with my crusher plyr 720s. I followed the instructions to fix it but you can update the firmware if it’s necessary. It keep saying “failed to connect”

  Speaker Distance not working

  Speaker distance feature automatically resets within few seconds of changing. Basically it’s not working. I am using Hesh 540 Anc.

  was fine until it gave up

  i had my crusher plyr 720’s for like 4 months now and they connected flawlessly to the skullcandy app. it’s been a few days since i last used them, so i pick them up and find out that they don’t connect like they had just forgotten about the app. not sure if it’s my phone or the headphones but it keeps saying that i need to be in close proximity when they are LITERALLY not even more than half a foot away from my phone. was in pairing mode and all, and just wanted to stop

  Totally useless app

  I tired to pair my skullcandy earbuds and it tells me that there’s nothing for them, can’t even see if I can update them to keep them from having bad connection at low battery levels. So useless if I could rate zero stars I would. Why even have certain products if the app doesn’t work or has nothing for them.

  Mod 180

  The app is great but the only problem is the mod/mod 180s dont have any additional features that allow it to turn in stuff like stay aware and theatre mode on the app.

  Registering my product

  I’m new to skull candy and is extremely disappointed with this app. It won’t let me connect my product (DIME EVO) on the phone because it says it doesn’t support it. But then on the list of products I see my headphones on it. It really takes away from my experience cuz I can’t use the noise cancellation. I’ve registered my product yet I still haven’t gotten an email back. I hate that I have to return these especially since they took so long to ship.

  Doesnt work

  If i could rate it zero stars i would. I just want to turn off the “feature” where any time i touch my headphones it turns off my music but somehow despite playing music through my phone right now the app cant find my heaphones. Dont waste your time.

  It says the headphones connected but they don’t in the app and it says there searching for devices and nothing happens after not a good app.
