Disappointed
The technology is a lot. Which is what had sold me. Yet the learning curve is high. Customer Service seems to be AI, which I get, yet repackageing my own words doesn’t answer my question. I have an Apple Watch at this time, so was hoping it would pair well, somewhat. My renpho scale was easier to interface with. May just take time.

Used to be 5 but not anymore
I have ordered the pod, Hume band x2 (one for me and one for husband) . The scale stopped working after a couple weeks. They sent me a new one thankfully due to the warranty. Bands were working great then just stopped. Got it to reconnect temporarily. Then it stopped again. They sent me the home band 2.0 “new and improved” and it’s even worse. It won’t record my sleep., the info is waaaaaaayyy off from my Apple Watch, etc. what a waste of $800 total with the apps, watched, and pod!!

Weigh-ins are motivating!
I weigh in regularly and same time approximately every time. I have a ways to go. The visceral fat reduction is highly motivating. Have always wanted the functionality offered by Hume.
