    Excellent, well rounded app!

    Look, you need this app. I have used meditation apps previously and this is by far the most well rounded and comprehensive program. It tailors to your specific needs, has something for everyone. Something else worth mentioning….I had a billing issue which I needed resolved asap. I emailed and followed the directions provided. It says to allow 1-2 days. It only took 1-2 HOUR and my situation was fully addressed. Customer service was extraordinarily helpful and so kind. 10/10. Could not recommend them and the app enough!!

    I have meditated for a decade+ and have tried all the apps - this app has been my absolute favorite. The music they choose, and having the bilateral stimulation through headphones, combined with all their meditations and breath-work have truly been a game changer. Highly recommend giving this app a try!

    Love it my most used app, but search button needs to exist

    Honestly just download it. DO IT. Your life will change for the better you be a happier better person, your body will feel and look better (and that’s without doing any of the movement just breath and meditation.) Only thing, the search bar needs to come back up for looking for a practice instead of that AI thing. Not needed. Frankly it doesn’t ever give me what I need, it looking for something I don’t want some robot tk tell me what’s best for my mood. I can figure it out through classic search bar options instead and it’s much easier that way.

    Meditations are trash and they Truly they are THIEVES. After you experience the free trial and cancel IN TIME, they will literally steal your info and attempt to draw from your bank even AFTER BLOCKING THEM FOR FRAUD. You can’t be this Despicable and desperate for users that you have to STEAL to get ahead.

    Day 4

    Yesterday there were several stressful moments that stacked on top of each other. Each one coming in from behind a blind spot. I wasn’t prepared for them I felt like. Before taking them on I did a breath work class, and I managed each one individually without the stress. I haven’t tried everything offered through this app yet, but so far I love it.
