For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period. 4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. disappointment
i only bought my doorbell in july of 2025 and its already gone out…no way to replace a battery and wont recharge…had to order a different one because you dont still sale the one i bought which means i will have to put new screw holes in my meMETAL facing on my door! ugh!

Constant Issues
I don’t know if EVERYONE has this problem but….. My Doorbell & Other Cameras seem to stop recording Motion On its own?? I have to check my camera settings often because it seems to change settings by itself?? I have NO IDEA how or why it does it!! I don’t believe that I have it on any settings that would cause it to change on its own…..

Horrible
I had this ring camera for over five years. It was another name prior so now that the name has changed the whole app has changed now you have to pay for a subscription to see what’s going on outside of your house and when I got this five years ago, it was no problem. Everything was free. And because I had it for over five years, I should be grandfathered in on any subscription so don’t get this camera.

Doorbell Camera
I have had nothing but connection problems this year. My WiFi router is within 10-15 feet of the doorbell and it is constantly offline. This started happening more and more in 2026. Now it just stays offline.

So so for price
Always a delay with camera footage. Picture is very clear but for example when trying to answer my door with it, often have to refresh a few times. They replaced it once, but still same issues. I know it’s not my connection because I work fully remote and have zero issues with anything but the camera. Will likely be getting a Ring or Nest soon. Not impressed
