  I love how the OnePay family takes care of your needs or issues as quickly and painless as they can. I appreciate the fact that they hold onto core human values amidst today’s technology.   Fake transactions

  Saying previous charges are what put my account in the negative- there was money in my account- that’s why the transactions are there. Next deposit One says I had $38 in overdraft fees but they are saying it was my previous transactions that caused this overdraft. How cannot overdraft if money was in the account? Not the first time this has happened either. Closing account immediately.

  Honest opinion

  I was thinking that this should be easy, it may be because I’m younger but I can’t access cash control at all(how you deposit paper cash and do other money things), I open a support chat hoping to talk to someone who can help me and a AI responds to help. I explain what was going on, it kept telling me to “go to cash control” even after I explained in a way a 3 year old could understand that I didn’t have access to cash control and it just kept repeating itself until I got mad then it asked. Would you like to speak to an actual agent, I say yes then the chat got closed and I never got helped.
