  Horrible Customer Service!!!

  After having Marquee work great for the first few months, suddenly was not able to access anything despite having a subscription. Was told for a week they were working on it, only to still have it not work. When I asked to be refunded they said they couldn’t help despite them not delivering what they promised they would.

  All it does is think and not play . I got 1000 mbps so it should be playing just fine. But it doesn’t. I’m canceling this bllsht right away. These idiots can’t make an app right.

  Still a dumpster fire.

  You’d think that after having years to improve on what was undoubtedly one of the worst streaming apps of all time, the Cubs could have sunk a couple hundred bucks into writing some code to improve on this stank product. Nope. Janky as hell. Won’t let me watch games on the road because I “haven’t logged in at home for 30 days”?!? I don’t know what to tell you, I travel for a living and watch on my TV at home and my phone on the road. Don’t get me started about how basic the app is. It shouldn’t be that difficult to fire up a live game when I start the app. One of my favorite moments of every year is when I get to cancel my service after the Cubs inevitably eat it.

  You need to pay for a monthly subscription and they don’t even carry half the games because they are on other networks. What a waste of money.

  Junk. Fix the damn app!

  Quirky AF. Works one day. Says I am out of market the next. Sometimes it will say I’m out of market, my wife tries on her phone and it works. Same phone, same plan, same app, same b.s. from these junk developers.

  Freezes Constantly

  Cannot watch more than two minutes of a game without the app freezing. Stays frozen for minutes or I have to exit the app and restart. Stick to the radio broadcast!

  Terrible

  One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Everyday requires you to login again for one reason or another, sometimes in the middle of the game. The newest is “tv provider doesn’t support this channel”. Well it was supporting it 10 seconds ago? Marquee has been a joke since day 1 and they have made 0 improvements since launch. The app feels like it was developed as 5th grade extra credit project, but they got our money so what do they care 👎 👎

  If you sneeze the app will ask you if you want to start the game stream over from the beginning or go live. You are not given the ability to cancel. So if you are watching the game 30 minutes behind live and rotate your phone you’ll be prompted to start over or go live. Worst streaming app ever. Don’t get me started on the reliability of their streaming servers.
