Tempo puts you on your fastest path to progress: ADAPTABLE TRAINING Sleep. Heart rate. Activity levels and recovery time. It all factors into your optimal workout. Tempo syncs with your health data to adapt your daily training focus to what your body will respond to best that day, modifying intensity, duration, and muscle group focus. WEARABLE INTEGRATION Our Apple Watch integration helps power your training adaptations, pulling sleep, activity, and heart rate data from Apple Health. Additionally, use your Apple Watch during your workout to pause and unpause, answer Reps In Reserve (RIR) prompts, and track your activity rings after each workout. Tempo is compatible with other wearable devices that integrate with Apple Health or provide heart rate data. FOCUSED TRAINING PLANS Your training with Tempo will guide you through a 4-week plan of your choice, working to get you from a baseline weight to a new personal record. Plans are designed to focus your effort on a targeted muscle group, while also working your full body. At the end of your plan, choose a new one for an entirely new challenge. BODY COMPOSITION SCANS Go beyond what the mirror shows with 360-degree body scans that give in-depth details into your muscle makeup. With no additional equipment needed, scans are easy to take from home and process in minutes. You’ll see measurable differences as your training progresses. REAL-TIME WORKOUT GUIDANCE Powered by AI, Tempo tracks your joint movement through your iPhone camera to guide your positioning and form. It also logs the weights you’re using for more accurate guidance as you train. RESPONSIVE WEIGHT RECOMMENDATIONS Tempo provides weight recommendations that will always be heavy (or light) enough to push yourself just right. As you workout, the app will prompt you for feedback on how many more reps you felt you could have done, and factor that into the recommendation for your next set. RANGE OF MOTION In-app meters read your range of motion, so you never have to question if you’re squatting low enough, curling tight enough, or lifting high enough. HEART RATE TRACKING Tempo uses your biometric data to help you max out each workout while staying within target heart rate zones. If your heart rate is too high, dynamic rest breaks with extra time will calm it back down. PROGRESS TRACKING You’ll never have to wonder what to do next in your workouts to make progress. Your training plan sets targets for each of your muscle groups based on your goals. Amazing app!
Got a Tempo set and subscription for my birthday, zero regrets! Love the app I am so out of shape that it took me a month to talk myself to even start a class with the app. I was just using the weights by themselves. I was missing out! The classes are AMAZING so easy to follow and the coaches have a paced, here for you attitude. Love it! If you are not a gym person or don’t have the time to drive to one this is an amazing option. Just do it!

I am a busy mother, I don’t have time to go to the gym and sit in traffic to get back to my normal routine. Tempo is the best gift I received to help me stay in shape and allow me to workout when I have time. It challenges and motivations me with prizes and competition. I’ve been using the Tempo home workout system for a while now, and overall I’ve been really impressed with it. The biggest advantage is convenience it genuinely makes strength training at home feel structured and motivating. The guided workouts, real-time rep tracking, and form feedback help recreate the feeling of having a personal trainer without needing to go to the gym.

Don’t Like the Gym but Love Tempo!
I'm really not a gym type of person. I've tried many times. I know it's good for me to build functional strength for the aging process, but whatever I do, I can't fit the gym into my schedule. When I get there, I'm just not motivated, but with Tempo I have successfully worked out about two times a week for two months now, and I can honestly say I enjoy it. It's fun and it's motivating. The workouts are short and compact and fit my schedule, and all I have to do is go into my bedroom space where I have it set up and go for it. The weights are really nice, good quality, and make it a fun experience to use. The personal trainers are all really good. They're fun, they're engaging, and the time flies by. They intersperse (maybe with AI?) little mini clips that seem to adjust based on what my body is doing. If I'm out of form, the personal trainer seems to adjust and say, "Hey, stand up straighter or tilt your pelvis forward" or whatever cues are needed to correct my form," so very impressed. I've also noticed a clear improvement in my lean muscle mass and my body definition.
