Less think more workout
I’ve only gotten the chance to use the app a couple of times, but I appreciate the ease of use and the rest timer in-between sets. Gives me less to have to personally track or think about, so I can just focus on working out.

Not a fan
The app has a pile of multi week workouts…. They just repeat the same workout every week.

Downward spiral
Every update makes the app worse. Now the timer is all but useless as the app resets when you change apps. There are fewer pro programs now then there was a year ago. Updated on June 21, same issues persist

Just started
Let me make up my entire plan very happy it didn’t limit the amount of exercises I could add

Visual guides
Visual guides don’t always match the actual workout titles.

Less Intuitive With Every Update
I’ve been a paying subscriber for nearly two years, largely because I meticulously track my workouts and didn’t want to lose my training history. I won’t be renewing. What originally attracted me to Boostcamp was its clean, intuitive design. Over time, the app has become increasingly cluttered with programming I don’t use, and features that were once easy to access have been buried behind additional taps. A perfect example is workout history. There used to be a simple calendar view that made it easy to see every day you trained and quickly review your consistency month by month. Now that view is tucked away, making something I used regularly harder to find for no apparent benefit. The exercise library is also more limited than it should be, with many common variations missing. I’ve stayed this long because my workout history is valuable to me, but the user experience has steadily declined. Moving years of training data to a new platform will be a hassle, but at this point it’s worth it. If you value simple design, intuitive navigation, and quick access to your workout history, there are much better and cheaper options out there.

Is it good?
Yeah it’s the best

Terrible
An ad for “pro” pops up every time I touch the screen. 0/10 do not recommend

Used to be good
Latest update makes it almost unusable. App closes anytime you get out of it or close your phone, negating the timer and making the app restart each time. I’ve submitted multiple reports with no response.
