Charged me $59.99 within five minutes of me even downloading the trial. Did not receive even 1 hour of the “three day free trial” they offer. They will also refuse to refund you even though they charged prior to you even receiving a free trial. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE. Again, they will tell you “three days” but charge you IMMEDIATELY AFTER SIGNING UP FOR FREE TRIAL. NO EVEN A CHANCE TO CANCEL BECAUSE THEY DIDNT EVEN PROVIDE THE FREE TRIAL.

  Took the 3 day free trial that I was offered. When I went to cancel after 23 hours, I realized I was already charged for it. I’ve put in a claim to Apple support.

  Not up to date

  This app doesn’t seem to stay current with the trends. It’s now July and it’s still showing me Xmas themed templates. I also wish you could search by music type or specify song to generate a video based off that but there’s no search bar on the main page.

  Needs better AI and customer service

  I paid for the app for the “medium subscription” and I had problems with the AI consuming all the credits and making horror movies or videos, the problem it’s not even giving you options like: we create this, is this ok? - no, they create the video, consume your credits and they you need to contact customer support and they ask you a lot of questions, they respond is slow, even when you tell them what project you don’t want, you need to send photos and videos, even when you send them before in the conversation. Asking a lot of questions, making it hard, and then close the chat as they solve them, if you don’t respond quickly. It needs a lot more content and attention. Specially if you want the AI create something
