  Credits Rip off

  I tried again and again to redo a video without the fake voices of subjects and it said okay and to resubmit. Every time this cost me many credits. Then it finally says oh , I’m sorry. My mistake. I can’t remove audio. For that you’d need a 3rd party app. Why couldn’t it say that from the start?

  Scenes

  I keep asking for static scenes without all the intense jump shots and camera movement. My prompts are really in depth yet my specific requests are ignored literally every time. No more credits for me unless that changes

  Run away! App burns up credits on its mistakes, the AI admits the error but won’t credit back. Awful

  I am no stranger to media and AI but this one is structured by thieves. $25.00 into generating a simple 15 second video and it just keeps making and repeating the same stupid mistakes. The instructions were clear as were the redirects but it regenerated the same content with no differences and the AI admitted its mistake. I added more money and it started all over again. I spent 30 minutes explaining the error to the “AI” support and it kept deflecting away from the core issue. It was like going to the grocery store and buying one pound of hamburger but the cashier scanned the same pound five times, put one pound in my bag and gave me a receipt (and charge me) for five pounds of hamburger. Run away!

  Nice quality bad format

  It puts objects in places where they don’t belong in a video and when you correct it it costs more it’s not really worth it if it keeps getting it wrong

  Expensive

  Pretty expensive for making a lot of clips/videos. I bought the $95 subscription thinking it would cut down cost of having to keep buying credits but the subscription essentially did nothing and it was still telling me to buy credits. Money wasted.

  I charge more in the application

  The application does not generate the videos correctly when credits are purchased. It extracts from the account more of the credits that are being paid, and they are even charging the balance of my card without my consent, I have contacted Support and Support does not give a concrete answer to what they extract the money, without the consent of the people When you communicate with Support, blame Apple, this only happens with this application

  Awful

  I paid 15$ for subscription to make a short video, I wrote a script for the video, it made this video from 7 slides for 5 sec each slide, the text that I put in the script the program messed it up and made it unreadable, after all 7 slides was ready I had no more credits to do anything else. This video that it made is useless and waste of the time and money. I want a refund.
