  Broad searches crash within seconds

  Don’t search for auto parts from one manufacturer. ebay constantly wants you to narrow down a specific model. No concept of a manufacturer using the same part among several model lines. Search for something common and the app is guaranteed to crash. Very annoying!

  No longer shows specific item - shows anything matching 1-2 words - not close to what want

  Sellers are loosing my business cuz can’t narrow down search to what I want. Used to be able to seek specific items. After eBay showed items that matched my search, it would show items close to matching the search. No longer narrows down the search. I no longer can look for specific items. Today Not sure how much time I spent looking for a specific item but it showed mostly every item I didn’t want. Had to search through each item to find if what I sought. Gave up. Took too much work. I don’t want similar items, often I want a specific model and brand with additional details. eBay used to use an amazing search engine. Quick to find what I want and then list close options. Respected how they did it. Was amazing. Now shows all things in one search even when doesn’t match my search. Also affects sellers ability to sell a specific product. Great for them if they have something “close” but not matching. Might sell in error or in place of item wanted. Then again, it’s not even that close. Today’s Ex. I Seek a Wyze version 2 outdoor cam but shows indoor v4, many non outdoor cams and most not matching my search. Tried to narrow the search through filters. Didn’t work and didn’t have some options needed.

  I made a purchase through the app Four the first payment through Four was taken, but the purchase through eBay was denied. I’m trying to figure out why that is. I’ve been dealing with this for three days trying to speak to a real human being and this is so frustrating. I’d hate to take my business to Amazon. I just need to speak with a person.

  Sells labels that don’t work

  Tried selling some items on the app and purchased labels through their onsite device. Got an email later saying sorry but the labels you bought won’t scan if you try, buy and print new labels. Sure they refund you but I don’t want to use such an unreliable service.
