  I’d give this app a 0 if it was possible. Wrongfully bans accounts. Won’t allow you to link to your bank. Won’t allow you to set up direct deposit. Customer service is illiterate and no help 0/5 I don’t recommend. I’ll use any other app before I even attempt this one again.

  I am in my eighties’ I was not able to set up a Pay Pal account. Tried after many attempts to get a phone call. That did not work either.

  App is gone downhill

  Can’t link accounts. Can’t sign in when using passkey or password. Buttons don’t work sometimes. And one of the tabs, the one for business profile, doesn’t even work on mobile. Disgusting app that I dread opening

  So convenient the only menu that doesn’t work is the one to remove your cards!! WARNING !!! It’s A old card anyways but it’s the principle!!

  Fraud and theft enablers

  Lock your card!! They will let anyone use your card from multiple countries in the same day and when you dispute it they side with the thieves every time no matter how much proof you have.

  They take forever for a refund

  I’ve been waiting for a refill for about a month and every time I try to call all their lines are closed and they pretend like they’re transferring me just to the transfer me to a closed line and the phone clicks I still haven’t gotten my refund

  Evil company

  This company has been taking $50 out of my account every month for 5 years now. I can’t log in always states “something wrong on our end” and when I call I get sent into loops to try to figure this mess out. I’ve used PayPal since 2011 but it’s not the way it was. NEVER use PayPal it’s truly an evil company!
