  $15 coupon for finding bedbugs

  Contacted hotels.com because I had proof that I found bedbugs in a room I booked and the hotel clerk said I couldn’t switch rooms because he didn’t believe me and wouldn’t look at the photos or videos. Hotels.com said they couldn’t refund the room despite me providing the evidence because the hotel said not too.   Booked a room through Hotels app on July 2 2026. After sitting in a power outage for 3hrs, soon as I booked my room the power came back on. (Booking was within minutes) So I called the hotel directly at first to cancel my room. The front desk clerk at the hotel was helpful and told me if I booked directly with the hotel, they can cancel with no problem. But since I booked third party, I have to contact Hotels.com, So I contacted Hotels.com and got nothing but the runaround, I tried calling the number that was given, to be put on hold, then be directed to a virtual chat bot. Smh! I’m done using Hotels.com or any other third party booking site. We will be booking DIRECTLY with the hotel, so much easier to get in contact with someone if you have any issues. Refund never happened!

  Having 1 working elevator with no signage or an excuse during Fourth of July was a horrible experience. I would have to wait 10-20mins just so I would have room for luggage cart.

  Fairfield Suites in Conway is a perfect hotel with friendly staff in a convenient and safe location. It also has a nice free breakfast and free parking.

  The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to pay 8.00 a day for parking that was not disclosed to me. Everything else was fantastic including fireworks for 4th of July!

  Exceptional Staff Made Our Stay Memorabl

  Traveling with my 103-year-old mother can be challenging, but Embassy Suites Palm Beach Gardens made our stay a wonderful experience. The beautiful indoor atrium with waterfalls creates a relaxing atmosphere, and the spacious suites were perfect for our family. The true highlight was the outstanding hospitality. Jessica made our late arrival easy and stress-free with her kindness, reassurance, and professionalism. Shakira continued that same exceptional care by helping with towels, ice, and anything we needed, always with a warm smile. They both went above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable and welcomed. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. While the property is an older Embassy Suites, it has been well cared for and offers excellent value. Thank you to Jessica, Shakira, and the entire team for making our family feel so welcome. We would gladly stay here again.
