  Unauthorized charge

  I accepted the free prime trial. Immediately cancelled it three days later. Why did they still charge my account $15.12 for another month of prime anyways? Prime doesn’t matter in my area because they don’t have enough drivers. Your package might sit at the local warehouse for weeks before that route is picked up and actually completed. Next day delivery was literally 12 days. They way one star from me and I want my money back.

  This is scam

  They have held my funds for two months and won’t refund them because I said incompatible instead of wrong item. The item was what I asked for but didn’t fit so I though incompatible but it was for a different vehicle and so they say I had to say wrong item but how would I have known that. It was label for the vehicle I was going to install on. This is a verbiage mistake that is costing me close to 1500 dollar and increasing daily in interest. Don’t support this scam. Please help me

  Forced AI search is terrible UX

  Why force your loyal users to use such a terrible way of searching for products. It’s already ham-fisted everywhere and now it’s the default. I often look to Amazon to provide great UX but I feel like this was a Product Manager’s mandate to show they’re doing something with “AI” and it’s just hurting the user experience.

  Late delivery

  Order a shipping with overnight delivery was ordered on the 3rd of July currently going into the 6th with the only update stating that delivery is late and we can refund the items if we would like. Usually would not complain but this is a big company and if they say overnight delivery it should be delivered with 24hours
