Terrible update!
I hate these new updates! I rescheduled my pay because I’m on auto pay to later date and it still took money out of my account. Which put me in overdraft!! I can’t find where to turn off the autopay!! Nothing on the app works right! Nothings accessible! When I call AT&T to talk to someone, I have to pay for that, too!! Isn’t that suppose to be apart of what I’m paying for?? Nickel and dime us for every little tiny thing!!

Ui update rendered app unusable.
Ever since they updated the ui you can’t do as much on the app. It’s actually very frustrating to even deal with. Pages cut off at the top constantly and I have a huge phone. Just end up going to the actual website. They won’t even let me pay my bill. It’s beyond annoying.

Terrible Coverage; Told opposite
Absolutely terrible coverage and corner of ultra Parrish no matter where I’m at on my 8 acres was forever ever received only one single bar of cellular service and have to pretty much stand on one leg, put my head and rub my stomach to get reception enough to make calls due to me being in school currently and taking care of my brother who has special needs. We were most definitely taken advantage of by telling The manager of the third-party AT&T near save a lot on highway 78 in Jasper, Alabama that he would make what I’d believe his first sell of that whole Month. And last but not least this Manager had to have been stoned out of his mind and way past medicinal because as my family waited patiently several trips were made to the living room where my son noticed he had several THC/CBD VAPES. Absolutely terrible experience and AT&T has always been my go to when in Indiana all my life but was forced to cancel internet services with AT&T join up with Verizon wireless. I’m a nonprofit business owner and plan to expand! Thanks for your time and have an amazing afternoon!

App is useless and NO SUPPORT
When using the my AT&T app when you log into manager account, there’s a big blue border across the top of purpose, except that it covers the top half of the screen so you can’t go in and select any of the option billing payments or anything else then if I take a security route to get to the point where I need to be, it covers the top of the screen and I can’t get to those options. I tried that and they were useless and they gave me a phone number. I called them. They were useless and nobody seems interested in any sort of fixing the app. I have a brand new iPhone Pro Max 17 with the latest version of iOS. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the absolute latest version of my AT&T app yet it’s still is a useless app. You can’t do what you need to do and nobody seems to care I’m hoping that somebody in AT&T app Support will see this infected because it’s useless. That includes fighting through the AI, which is nothing but consolidation of all The Help packs which I’ve already read. Does this need to be addressed if you want anybody to use the app, feel free to reach out to me and I’ll send you a screenshot. It’s ridiculous.

Switched From Verizon & T-Mobile
I Was With Verizon For Over 10 Years And Was Very Unhappy With Them So I Switched To T-Mobile I Was With Them For Only 4 Months Before Switching To AT&T It Was The Best Decision I Ever Made AT&T Is The Best The Best Connection The Best Customer Service Support Help If Your Thinking About Switching To AT&T Do It I Recommend AT&T To Everyone For Cellular And Home Internet Services
