  Does not import everything like it says it does. I’ve sent multiple emails and pdfs for our comprehensive itinerary to include theater and show documents and nothing. Don’t waste your money or time. It will just cause frustration prior to your trip.

  Great app for organizing travel

  So glad to have this app. You can at a glance share the itinerary and share with your loved ones. Was using free version for a while but have switched to the paid version which allows you to save all of the confirmations and more details provided by hotels and tour companies so you don’t have to search through emails or printouts.

  I signed up for TripIt to track my itinerary for a trip. When I sent things that had to be manually uploaded, I couldn’t get them uploaded from TripIt. They kept uploading other people‘s trips to my trip, but then never would put my stuff on my trip. I emailed multiple times and they just kept saying we’ve updated your trip but they hadn’t. I kept deleting other peoples trips out of my TripIt and kept sending my things for my trip, but they never updated them. So basically it was a waste of time. I didn’t receive a response to this review that asked me to contact support. Ummm I have done that numerous times with absolutely no response since the first two responses that said that they updated my TripIt.
