  Technical Problems

  I’ve had this app for years. One day, I’ve logged out of it, and it would not allow me to log back in. Instead, it asks for my face identification to confirm if it’s me. I did the verification. It’ll say, “processing selfie”, then it’ll say, “congratulations, you’re done!” Just to say, “Error. Too many attempts. Please wait 1 minute before trying again.” It will say that on my first attempt. After waiting one minute five separate times, it still says the same thing. I’ve spoken with customer service, they were very rude and no help. I would just like my account back. Or at least be able to make a new account.. It wouldn’t let me do anything. I’ve tried to use all the options, and nothing worked!
