  Keeps disconnecting

  Despite having exceptional internet connectivity, I am experiencing significant instability on my PlayStation 4, iPhone 18, and PC. The video playback abruptly ceases on all platforms, despite my internet connection remaining stable and functioning seamlessly for other applications. Notably, Disney+, Netflix+, Peacock+, and Paramount+ have never encountered any interruptions during their respective programs. However, this particular app consistently disrupts my viewing experience on all devices without any apparent reason. As a frequent viewer, this situation is highly frustrating, leading me to consider alternative methods of accessing content, such as piracy, as a means to circumvent the app’s limitations. Fortunately, I have not encountered any issues with piracy. For the life of me ten years or more Iv never experienced this situation with any streaming services other than this company.

  Yall be taking down “pirate” websites that transmit animes for free like if yall didn’t use to be one back then and also transmites anime for free even tho Crunchyroll is one of the best apps that has anime doesn’t meant that yall have the right to do that like there are lots of ppl who can’t afford a 10 subscription a month like a kid or sum bs 😭✌🏼🥀

  The reason for this is simple. All the anime on Crunchyroll should be dub I’ve seen so many on other sites that are dub but in here they don’t have it unless you pay more and I’m sure the hell not paying more. Plus you have to wait a week or two for the dubs , but like I said on other sites you can find then anime in dub faster . But Crunchyroll does have more anime than other sites so it’s a toss up on what you wanna do.

  they canceled my backorders several times after I waited months. look elsewhere for a better storefront for buying anime blu rays because this aint it. Also, the playback starts buffering after using the app for more than 45 minutes. Not worth using over the free services found online.

  Add a gimmick to change aspect ratio of movies if they’re not presented in 16.9 widescreen

  Crunchyroll is amazing, I’m a person who doesn’t want just the big name anime, but all anime in general. But there’s one thing that bothers me, when I’m watching anime movies on my phone, some films have a different aspect ratio than others (e.x. Chainsaw Man Movie having an anamorphic widescreen aspect ratio) and the display of those movies looks like the film is surrounded by a black rectangle and it really, really gets on my nerves. So, Crunchyroll, when you do your next update, can you add a little button to adjust the aspect ratio of anime films if they’re not in a 16.9 widescreen ratio that’s similar to the Fandango at Home app, please?
